Campfire Butter Paneer Curry

Ingredients
1 stick of butter
5 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon ginger
2 medium onions
1 tin diced tomatoes
1 block of paneer
Cilantro, to serve
Plain yogurt, to serve
Naan, to serve
Spice Mixture
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 teaspoons fenugreek seeds
1 tablespoon garam masala
1 cinnamon stick
1 whole clove
Directions
1. Start a fire in the Fire Safe and set up the hibachi grill and 2L pot on the Cook Set and Grill frame.

2. Melt the stick of butter in the 2L pot.

3. Finely dice garlic and garlic. Cube paneer. Roughly chop onions. Add to the 2L pot.

4. Add spice mixture. Cook until fragrant.

5. Add tinned tomatoes and paneer to the mixture.

6. Once reduced to your desired consistency, add heavy cream.

7. Char the naan on hibachi grill, turning every so often to get a nice and even result.

8. Serve with torn cilantro, plain yogurt and naan.
